Summary: Staff were wonderful. We had a car and the valet service was a part of the stay, very pleasant valet staff. Loved swimming in at the beach in front of the hotel. One mile walking loop around property. Poolside service was awesome, again very friendly. Free cookies and drink samples came out a couple times. Loved having a balcony. Nespresso coffee makers in room and they provided coffee pods. Food was expensive, but that is st Thomas. We did a lot of exploring and honestly, we should have just spent all our time at the resort with maybe one or two planned excursions. Not sure if it was worth renting a car for.

Summary: It was nothing you expect from Ritz Carlton, not well maintained room, rocky beach, poor service, bad food in the restaurants, air conditioner was not working in some of the buildings! For the price you pay I don’t recommend this hotel
